Discovery: Conducted a competitive analysis, developed personas, facilitated focus groups and conducted process studies.
Design: I collaborated with Legal and Auditing to modify requirements, performed cart sorting exercises, supported usability testing and worked with UX to modernize user interface.
Delivery: Worked with loan ops to automate supporting processes, marketing to promote launch, and operations to WFM team to prepare for volume surge stakeholder
