THE HOW

Boosted web loan application conversions by 40% with an MVP, adding $65 million in potential monthly loans to the pipeline

MY CONTRUBUTION

  • Discovery: Conducted a competitive analysis, developed personas, facilitated focus groups and conducted process studies.


  • Design: I collaborated with Legal and Auditing to modify requirements, performed cart sorting exercises, supported usability testing and worked with UX to modernize user interface.


  • Delivery: Worked with loan ops to automate supporting processes, marketing to promote launch, and operations to WFM team to prepare for volume surge stakeholder

MCU aims to improve both the quality of loan applicants and conversion rates to capitalize on this significant income opportunity.
