Converted VoC into requirements to accomplish 75% growth in product usage and (NPS) increased by 15 points over the past quarter, rising from -5 to 10
MY CONTRUBUTION
Discovery: developed user journey maps to identify use cases, pinpoint and highlight areas where further user research was needed about the user experience
Design: Conducted market analysis of social media and gaming, to develop lean mockups for rapid testing to inform user interface design
Delivery: Organized a community forum for power users, conducted product roadshows, leveraged internal channels for promotion, and authored a white paper for leadership

Data quality is a major issue in the organization, with teams spending hours finding and validating unfit data. Despite the development of a data quality engine, adoption was low, significantly impacting productivity and data-driven decision-making. Interviews revealed the product lacked desired features and had a clunky, unintuitive user interface.
