  • Discovery: identified friction points and process gaps in user journey, developed process flows and effect maps


  • Design: simplified user interface with engineering, partnered with data science team to onboard rules, testing a pilot to build user confidence


  • Delivery: socialized pilot results and value with leadership to drive alignment at the LC level, launched training and release by region to ensure team had bandwidth to support

About Sam’s Club Facilities Management:
Sam's Club is growing rapidly; members and associates need fast and reliable facilities management. In FY’23, Sam's Club worked on 159,356 work orders and spent $185M on reactive maintenance. The lack of proper tools, resources, and processes makes it harder to deliver great member experiences and club support. On average It takes 10.1 days to fix broken assets and first-time fix is only 48%.
