AI Chatbot Boosts Accuracy and Speeds Up Processing Time
THE HOW
Identified use cases: understanding the specific problems the chatbot will solve and defining its scope and objectives.
User Research: conducted research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences that a chatbot could address.
Technical feasibility assessment: collaborated with technical teams to assess the feasibility of implementing desired features and functionalities.
MY CONTRUBUTION
Discovery: use lean techniques to identify process improvement opportunities, through time studies, defects tracking, process cycle times and, current state user.
Design: created user personas, defined user flows, drafted mockups to visualize interface and interactions, and led integration planning.
Delivery: defined MVP, developed targeted launch plan, defined success metrics and roadmap.
ACHIEVEMENT STATEMNT
Capability accuracy to 95% and enabled 80% reduction in data processing time with chatbot launch.
